Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP-SP-FA design for the two-phase tenant fit-out of two (2) commercial floors. Some of the very cool amenities in this new-age office include one of the only multi-flavor seltzer dispensers we’ve come across and some well-integrated private phone booths for employee use.
