Scope of Work: As seen in other lobby and amenities projects in our portfolio, this project was broken up into multiple Alteration Type 2 filings and phases to break up the permitting process into smaller pieces so work could proceed quicker. The existing laundry room was relocated and expanded, and the lobby renovated and expanded into this space. Many buildings are dealing with huge increases in package deliveries, so a large package room was included in the design, as well as two (2) community centers designed as “white-boxes” for future commercial tenants.
