Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the landlord “pre-build” of a number of floors in this building, shown here is the 11th floor, designed in collaboration with Gensler. MEP scope was centered around new ductwork from existing building air handlers, modifying sprinkler heads and piping per updated layouts and to be aesthetically pleasing/aligned, and plumbing and design in support of the renovated bathrooms and new pantry. New electrical was provided to lighting, outlets, and mechanical equipment.
