Scope of Work: ABS provided HVAC design for a new 2,400 enclosed amenities space on the 35th floor roof of an existing apartment building and a new gym on the 3rd floor. At the roof level, numerous fans, duct terminations, and rooftop equipment was relocated and re-routed at the level below to create space for the new vertical expansion.
