Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the full renovation and overhaul of an existing restaurant in the Empire Outlets building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The project had two components- a full-service restaurant and a wine store and tasting area. Existing slab conditions made the plumbing challenging as well as fitting all the ductwork required in an ‘open’ kitchen. All told, it makes for a dramatic space and we hear the food is great!
