Scope of Work: This project consisted of the full renovation of an existing upper floor apartment overlooking Central Park. Upgrading the HVAC required an Electrical upgrade and the building’s strict wet-over-dry requirements posed numerous MEP challenges for equipment placement and pipe routing.
