Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP-SP-FA design for this full-floor office space in the Nomad neighborhood of Manhattan. One detail we love from this project is the geometric routing of the exposed lighting conduits. It’s the only time we’ve seen it done and it still holds up to us.
