Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for this 2nd floor yoga studio. Complicating the design was a museum below, which due to insurance requirements, could not have water-bearing pipes within its demised space, thus all drainage for the yoga studio was run within a raised floor plenum. Providing HVAC for the landmarked building was also a challenge due to limitations on locating outdoor condensers.
