Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the full renovation and overhaul of an existing restaurant in the West Village. The project was completed in 2 phases with the first floor, including bar, kitchen, and seating first, and a “speakeasy” style bar in the cellar proceeding after. As with other similar projects we’ve completed in this neighborhood, to legalize occupancy in the cellar, a new sprinkler service was brought into the building and the space was fully sprinklered.
