Scope of Work: This project consisted of the renovation and expansion of an existing Tribeca art gallery. The cellar and 1st floor were completely refreshed and provided with new HVAC throughout. New plumbing was provided to bathrooms and pantries and sprinklers modified throughout in support of the revised architectural layouts and ceilings. Electrical and fire alarm were upgraded in support of the new mechanical equipment and lighting.
