Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the gut-renovation of a circa 1893 6-story commercial building in the Noho neighborhood of Manhattan. The existing roof tanks were removed to create space for mechanical equipment on the roof, new water services were brought in, and new domestic and sprinkler booster pump systems installed to provide adequate pressure throughout. 40 tons of VRF heating and cooling were provided powered by tenant’s electrical panels for ease of metering and billing utilities.
