Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the installation of a small counter-service bakery and coffee shop within the Westfield WTC complex. Challenges in the project included the extensive infrastructure and passing above the ceiling and below the floor in the space, as well as pursuit of LEED certification and sub-metering of all utiities. For a small area, the design proved challenging to implement.
