Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for the full renovation and overhaul of an existing restaurant in the Flatiron district of Manhattan. The space consisted of a bar, seated dining, and a live-fire bar seating area. An open kitchen provided the usual challenges but the completed space is beautiful and we’re proud to have been involved.
