Scope of Work: This project consisted of a horizontal and vertical expansion of a local NYC architect’s personal home. Located at the top of an 1800’s converted warehouse building, water pressure and domestic hot water delivery in the penthouse were poor so we designed a dedicated booster pump and water heater to serve the unit, thereby divorcing it from the aging building infrastructure and providing excellent pressure and hot water in the apartment. In addition, new HVAC was installed for the space in scope along with kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace exhaust systems.
