Scope of Work: ABS provided MEP-SP-FA design for the update and conversion of a portion of a previous restaurant into a new location of the Shake Shack chain. A challenge we often deal with in restaurant design is the need to upgrade utilities, but since it was previously a large chain restaurant, all water/gas/electric utilities were adequately sized for our project, which benefitted both the budget and schedule.
