Scope of Work: ABS provided plumbing and sprinkler design services for the renovation of this pre-war apartment in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. Exposed sprinkler branch lines were kept to maintain the industrial feel of the space and painted white to match the surrounding walls and ceiling.
