Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP-SP-FA design for the vertical expansion of this existing building in Harlem. The original building was 4-stories and it has been re-configured as a 6-story building with six (6) full-floor apartments. Due to the age, condition, and capacity of the existing utilities, all were replaced and upgraded as part of the scope.
