Scope of Work: This project consisted of the gut renovation and combination of three apartments at the famed Apthorp building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Alex managed and Brian designed this project while formerly at Lilker Associates Consulting Engineers. New water-source heat pump units were installed in custom millwork and above ceilings to provide heating and cooling throughout, tied into the base building condenser water system.
