Scope of Work: ABS provided HVAC and electrical design for the renovation of an existing gallery space. The gallery’s HVAC system was having trouble maintaining temperature and comfort during openings so a new unit was specified and ductwork re-distributed throughout the space to provide increased comfort to patrons. Electrical circuiting was upgraded and re-routed in support of the mechanical scope.
