Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design services for the fitout of this “white-boxed” retail space into a nano-brewery, taproom and bar. Scope included relocating sprinkler heads, new ductwork from building provided units, and full plumbing design for the bar, brewing operations, and bathrooms.
