Scope of Work: ABS provided full MEP design for this fast-paced retail fitout project in the Lowest East Side. The project scope included the typical retail fitout limitations with the added challenge of designing the MEP systems serving an acoustically isolated podcast studio at the front of the store, located under sitting bleachers.
